Finally, a church committed to serving Jesus Christ!
This Church has at it's foundation, authentic love for Jesus and the body of Christ! We realized that todays average church has completely lost the purpose that God has set for the Church! I do not believe that Jesus died on the cross so that our Pastors could be millioniares, and have fame and fortune! I do not believe that Jesus has ordained us to preach a different message then that of the bible!
We have looked around at "the church" and have noticed that we are in trouble! Churches has become so tainted, that now we have to just find the church with the least error and try to pretend it is what God has called us to! We have been trained to tell people our church is fine, even when we have realized it is in a mess--Yes, we are trained to lie! We have been trained to overlook unchecked sin while being told not to be judgmental! Churches have been turned into businesses--Man's business! So much so that the preachers boldly say "we must maintain our image" and "we must keep ministry professional"! The problem with the church being a business for man's personal gain is that businesses thrive with the motto "the customer is always right"! Yes, they see you as customers! So whatever is best for business is free to function, even if there is no holiness involved!
You see it, the musicians sleep around the church and the city. The preachers take several offerings per service. The people do more gossip than they do gospel. Everybody is trying to get a record deal, or a spot on TBN...Searching for bigger buildings when we haven't filled the ones we're in on a consistent basis! It's time to wake up and acknowledge what you see. Do not let any false prophets, teachers or preachers train you to ignore God's true word or standard!
The next time your preacher tells you to tell your neighbor something, hunch them and tell them "enough is enough"!
Oh, and P.S. you will not go to hell or be cursed if you walk out of a ungodly place without the exclusive consent from a leader who allowed the church to be ungodly in the first place! Ask Jesus to send you to a holy bible teaching church, and He will! Do not stay home from the house of God, just find a true house of God!
Jesus Christ is going to have a church. One that the gates of hell shall not prevail against! This will be that church! We are not claiming that we are without need of growth! We just are not going to ignore our weaknesses or yours! We also will not ignore our strengths or yours! Let's build a true church! Amen? Amen!
